Ecstatic Breathwork

The Breath is our sacred and constant connection to our Source. Ecstatic Breathwork is a synthesis of ancient and modern healing modalities, including Kriya Yoga, Pranayama, Rebirthing, and Transformational Breathwork.  This practice facilitates profound transformations in clients.  Ecstatic breathwork allows clients to access unconscious wounds, stuck places, and the spectrum of the psyche’s diverse spiritual and emotional awareness.

Breathwork delivers extra oxygen to the cells, allowing for powerful activation and release of buried emotions. At times joyous, at times intense, the four bodies are cleansed, as body, mind, spirit, and heart experience rejuvenation and renewal.  Music, drumming, rattling, and water help this process of purifying the chakras   Breath analysis also reveals where stuck energy is locked and requiring attention, intention, and healing.

Past Life Remembrance

Shamans across cultures practice soul-retrieval to assist the members of a community in weaving the disparate fragments of the soul into a healthier and thriving whole.  Storylines simmer just beneath the surface in each of us.  Characters, time-periods, and roles we resonate with often carry deep medicine for us. Wounds can repeat compulsively until we directly confront the core of a problem.  In the techniques of Deep Memory Process, soul-retrieval combines with psychodrama and regression therapy to help source out the original cause of a recurring issue.

This work may not reach only into soul-history or the past.  We may receive intimations of our future selves and receive insights on how to stitch the future self into the present.   We may also directly experience parallel existences—aspects of our soul in other places and times which arise both for healing but also to unveil our dormant gifts and empower our hidden potentials.

Shamanic techniques such as breathwork and drumming facilitate this process, which can be done both in person and through skype. Sessions are often preceded or followed up through an astrological reading and integration session.
